Faruusa is cultural artist. She studied music and education in Oulu University. After graduation she studied in Helsinki Sibelius Academy Jazz department. Later on she performed in different art projects as well soundtracks.
Living by the Mediterranean three winters she developed her solo career starting from Nobïa and featuring with other artists from different nations. She brought her rai style to new era.
Then she started the second era with Japanese life band group and featuring El Markeys Japanese release as Nobia von Rai. And the story with rai continued. A new workshop started with the name of Faruusa. It’s still concerned around the rai. It was a new form of sound where the new style was born. It’s the birth of Faruusa the founder of the Scandinavian Rai.
This sound contains poetic forms with sound revolution and style. It’s a new era with so many elements.
Faruusa says: ” The gravity has own job to keep us in the surface of the planet, but what we can create will get our feelings to fly. It’s not my duty. No! It’s my mission.”.
